anyone with spd?

I've had spd since week 25 and I've sort of learned to deal with it. But I'm worried that with all of that pelvic and pubic pain, I can't really tell what's contractions or BH.

Anyone else with spd and what are you feeling? I'm 38,4 btw.

I am also 38+4 and Oddly enough my pelvic pain and pressure from the spd has mostly gone away unless I'm turning over in bed. BH is mostly just tightening with mild paid for me. My real contractions have been much more painful, and also into my back as well. 
I figure, if I can breathe through them, or sleep through them, and they aren't 5min apart I won't worry too much.

Im 38w2d. The spd just hurts when I'm walking or getting in and out of bed or basically just whenever I'm doing something. And it's all in my pubic area. When I get Braxton hicks my bump tightens up and feels uncomfortable. Totally different feeling from the spd. Haven't experienced a contraction yet but I'm guessing I'll definitely know when I do

Yep, had to take mat leave a bit early because of it. Can barely walk some days 😩
