I'm in my first trimester and I sit at a desk all day. I try to get up and move around, if I am not nauseated, which is rare. How did some of the working pregnant mommies cope with nearly nodding off completely at work? Luckily it's a temp assignment. I just don't want to throw in the towel earlier than expected. Of course they are aware of my situation, how could they not with me running to the bathroom every ten minutes lol. I have always been a working woman,I don't want to call it quits just yet.
