need some advice please update ( graphic and tmi)

So I need some help I have no clue what to think but I'm going to make an appointment for tomorrow but does this look like a miscarriage I am not sure if I was expecting or not but I can't go to the doctor till next week and I just started bleeding really heavy and my period is due till next week an I'm usually pretty on schedule I'll be a day or two ahead or behind but never this early I'm terrified
