13dpo and still having af cramps but also really sharp pains in my right side :'(

It's been 5 days and I still have af cramps and all last night I had sharp pains in my right side :'( I've checked my temp and cervix and everything praying my period doesn't show tomorrow but my cramps feel like it is going to and I'm so sad. I've been praying and begging and pleading for God to just let this be my month. I tried everything I could this month. I don't ovulate on my own anymore after my ectopic so I took clomid this month but my husband told me I couldn't take it anymore so I have absolutely no faith in getting pregnant after this month 😞 God please hear my prayer
