So I went to my bedroom and saw my brother quickly pulled up his pants.

He's a teenage so I know that he's been doing this. But why did he have to do it in MY ROOM?!?!

I feel like he came to my room just to masturbate. I don't know what to do. My boyfriend says that it could mean he wants me sexually and he said that I should tell my dad. What should I do guys? Should I tell my parents?
