ways to make him last longer?

I've been with my husband for 4 years. He cannot last worth a hoot. Literally, unless I force myself, I don't even get to enjoy sex. I just woke up from a nap ready to go but right as I thought we were warming up.... nope he's done and he's as floppy as a pancake trying to shove it back in and rubbing it all over... because for some unknown reason he thinks that feels good. What can he do to last? I'm so over it I'm about to say no more sex since he can't even please me just himself !
