I use a Sonoline B.  It's really easy to use.  I got it around 11 weeks, it took quite some time to find the heartbeat at first, but now I can find it in a matter of seconds (14w4d now).  I got it from Baby Doppler USA for $30.

I have the angelsounds jumper?? I think. It works really well and I was able to find the heartbeat at 9w2d and have been able to find it every day since
