I was so nervous about having a little boy after our older daughter had been so amazing... She had spoiled us! Did I really know how to raise a baby? Did I really have enough room to love another as much as I loved her? Then Asher came in, very quickly I might add, at almost 8lbs on Aug12. With some patience, he latched rather quickly. Everything came back to us naturally, just trusting my gut and I knew. More than anything, I did not 'make room' for him in my heart.. he doubled it! If not more so! It took a little time learning to balance the love for the two of these most precious beings in my life, and I thank God for them every day. I pray that you all, too, are so blessed, that you may learn to trust yourselves, and that you may come to discover that your capacity for love is indeed limitless!
