LMP vs Ultrasound

Ok ladies just looking for some reassurance. Everything on my apps and calculations indicated 7weeks 4 days. Went for my first scan today they saying I'm measuring 5weeks 3 days. I immediately started crying scared my baby isn't progressing but is this normal. Did I ovulate late?! I'm so like clock work. What the Sam hell!
