First time mommies?

Question

Just wondering who's pregnant with their first child? i'm currently at 6 wks and found out i was pregnant 4 days ago. Still completely shocked, nervous for what's to come with this pregnancy but i'm extremely happy. any tips i should know or follow would be great!

I'm a first time mommy and I'm almost 24 weeks! My advice is do not overthink every little thing!!! It's bad for you and super bad for your little peanut! I learned that the hard way after stressing everything 😂🙄

I'm pregnant with my first child, I'm currently 26 weeks. It's been quite the roller coaster! Out of whack hormones, migraines, bad morning sickness etc.... But seeing my little one via ultrasound, feeling him kick, and knowing that I'm creating a life has made it very worth it. I have so much more respect for women who have carried children now. It's definitely hard on one's body, mind, and emotions. But, you'll pull through. We're warriors. 😉

Don't worry that's normal lol.  Maybe try to limit the junk food tho cause they are empty calories no nutrients for baby unfortunately easier said the done believe me lol.  Maybe just have a couple and then wean back to once a week or something definitely try to stare away from the soft drinks tho so much sugar and crap in them and not to mention caffeine!!! They say your allowed I think 200 mg of caffeine a day without hurting baby but try to stare away if you can :)

i'm a FTM and i'm 36 weeks , stock up on baby stuff from early on & don't let people freak you out , everyone who has kid(s) seems to be know it alls & a lot of the advice that i've been given from people with children already really didn't apply to me or wasn't correct and it freaked me out for no reason lol .

I'm a FTM at 21 weeks. My biggest advice is drink lots and lots of water. That's the hardest thing for me, but I notice on days that I actually drink 64+ oz I feel a million times better energy-wise and my son moves around a lot more.

If you're taking prenatal vitamins (which at least the first trimester you should imo) take them right before bed to avoid the nausea they sometimes cause!

And don't stress too much, mama. So far, things have a way of working themselves out without worrying too much 💙 Relax as much as you can. Take care of yourself and your baby will be taken care of.

Drink lots of water, eat healthy be happy and don't stress out!! Everything will work out in the end because once you see and hold your little one all the worries go out the door and you are on top of the moon😀

Also if you get sick with the flu don't take meds just drink lots of oj and water and rest up and take baths and showers to sweat the flu out of you.  Always read what you put in your mouth lol main thing to remember don't smoke, drink alcohol, and try to eat lots of veggies and fruits and try your best to get all the Canada's food guide guidelines in you so that you help that little one grow!!

Oh and make sure to start taking prenatal vitamins if you haven't already started 😀 enjoy every minute of pregnancy because of goes way to fast

Well if you are having horrible morning sickness you can take unisome at night just don't take it to much and it helps with my morning sickness and stuffy nose . I'm 9wks
