Pregnancy Cramps

I am 6 weeks and 4 days. And cramping has hands-down been my biggest symptom. Daily. Like, the worst menstrual cramps Ive ever had. They come out of nowhere, and sometimes last longer than others. No spotting though. Just wondering if anyone else has experienced this? Is it any indication of anything?
