Usually my braxton hicks are just uncomfortable and tight. Tonight I have had sharp pain low on my belly with them. They have been inconsistent over the past 4 hours but started when I got scared in the car while my husband was driving haha. I have also had a headache and back pain for a few hours. Any advice? Im 30 weeks 3 days
