Braxton hicks ??!

I'm almost 32 weeks and have been reading about Braxton hicks .. 
when do these start happening and why ?? I'm nervous

Don't be nervous. I've had this since 26 weeks and am currently almost 35. Sometimes they just feel like baby is poking her butt out, sometimes my stomach just gets hard with no pain, sometimes it takes my breath away without pain, and sometimes it feels like period cramping. I'm having one as I type. They are just practice contractions and are usually mild.

Don't be nervous, they can start anytime and it's just your body preparing itself. I won't lie they are painful but you can get through it. My OB told me not to worry unless I'm getting 6-7 within an hour or I've lost my plug/ water breaking.

Not everyone really gets them. But they can start in the second trimester. I'll be 23 weeks tomorrow and I noticed the last two days I would get them. If you haven't ever gotten any though it's okay.

Someone people get them some don't. I've had them since 28ish weeks. Here at 35w 2D and one last night was the worse!!
