19 weeks Does anyone else have this problem?

So I turned 19 weeks today and my nipples are so sore they hurt so bad I can't even put a bra on. I don't know what to do. Is this normal? And can I do anything about it?

Completely normal, 😊. The one thing that helped me was not wearing a bra at all when i could. It was actually recommended by my OB. Just keep your head up, and remember that its all apart of your body getting ready for your little bundle!! 🤗
