What are some good foods that promote healthy placenta growth (even in early pregnancy)?
Also, what is considered a good healthy pregnancy diet (more geared to early pregnancy)? Like this amount of x and this amount of y etc.
Background: just went through my first MC and we got our pathology report today and the dr said that the placenta just wasn't keeping up with the baby's growth. So for next time (he also mentioned wait 1-2 cycles) Id like to be prepared! Thanks ladies!
