Awake time before bed?

How long does your 6 month old stay up between final nap and bedtime? I find mine is tired at 2 hours but won't fall asleep until about 3.

Baby wakes from afternoon nap at about 2pm. He eats at 5, and naps for about 10-30 min. Then eats again and bed by 7-730.

We do an "Eat, Waketime, & Sleep" routine. My 6 month old eats every 3 - 4 hours. So he eats at 4 and last eat time is 8 pm, but he doesn't always take that last naptime (2 hours). He may end up staying awake for 4 - 5 hours before sleeping.
