Advice prep from 31 weeks?

I'm now 31 weeks and wondered what prep you advise ?

I've got a birthing ball but wonder if you recommend anything to prepare my body and for the baby ?

There's a really good herbal supplement you can take called  Birth Prep. It's made by Dr. Christopher. I'm not sure if you can get it in stores by I'm sure you can online.
