My heart is broken...

My husband and I have been ttc for 6 months but haven't used protection in 2 years. We finally got a positive test Sunday night. So yesterday, Monday morning, I went in for a blood test and all was good and happy in the world. My husband and I were so excited to finally be pregnant. Fast forward to about 2pm, I started spotting. It was light light pink so I wasn't worried. Well then around 5 pm it turned bright red, I started cramping, and there was quite a bit of blood. Seemeed like the beginning of my period but just not quite as much blood.

I went to ER and they said it was probably miscarriage but I had a feeling in my gut that it wasn't.

Fast forward to this morning. Its currently 10:31 am and I'm still bleeding. I just can't believe I'm losing the baby literally as soon as I got the good news.
