sugar test!

Has any one ever had to take 2 sugar test because of their weight!? I weigh 198 and today was told that I have to have 2 sugar test because of this! This is my 3rd baby and passed both of the sugar test for them perfectly fine never heard of this and it kinda pisses me off honestly!
