opinions

So i've barely been sick the entire first semester but as soon as i hit the 12 week mark, this is when i'm sick and vomiting and feeling it hard. should i contribute this to the flu shot my dr gave me at my last appoitment? or something i should just get used to? because on top of being sick and throwing up, i've been sneezing, had a permanently runny nose, and very strong headaches
