Essential oil use for labor?

Has anyone ever used clary sage or clary calm essential oils to help move labor along when you've reached full term? I have a rep telling me that rubbing it diluted on my abdominal area can help contractions move along or go faster. Has anyone had this work? Thanks!

I rubbed clary calm all over me often once I reached full term- it didn't make a difference, I still went 10 days overdue 😂

I've tried it and it didn't work for me i put it in my bath water and mixed it with my stomach lotion and it didn't work at all for me i still have a half bottle left it did help me sleep tho and help with my back pain at night when I put it in my bath water but that was about it ... but I've read where for some it did work I just wasn't that lucky lol
