Yall, I am about to lose my mind! We're on day 4 of sleep training. We're doing cry it out with check ins (only talking when we check in, anything else upsets him). The first night, he fell asleep after 25 minutes and slept for 3 hour increments, much better than the hour he normally does. But the past 3 nights and days have gotten worse! He'll wake at night, every 2 hours, and cry for an hour. He screams at nap time, for an hour. I don't know what to do anymore! I'm currently hiding out in my bathroom with the fan on because I'm about to lose my mind.
