I did something so so dumb

A couple days ago I went to this bouncy trampoline place with a friend and ours kids and I just realized I probably shouldn't have done that... of course I didn't do any crazy bouncing or flips and the kids are 3 and 4 so we weren't going nuts but still, we were gently jumping. I haven't had cramping or bleeding ever soooo I guess I'm just looking for reassurance? I might go to the dr anyway just to check. Ugh why am I so dumb.
