Labor or not?

Ok so i had two sweeps yesterday and 1 stretch. Then had sex last night and had a lot of spotting coving the whole toilet paper when wipes then a little more that night when i went to pee. Then no more since but today i have been losing mucus plug all day in chunks and went for a walk today for 1 or 2 miles and i just went to the bathroom and notices in the bottom of the toilet a long thick chung that had some pink tinted to it like blood. And ever since then when i wipe i domt have any more dischargw so im pretty sure it was the last of my plug and now i have small contractions but a lot of pressure down there and i literally am peeing ever 5 - 10 minutes. What does this mean? Also, is this my water leaking? Am i in labor? Should i get checked
