I was getting a period every 4 months with PCOS. Metformin didn't work for me. What I did was go on one cycle of BC and it has brought me between 37 and 41 day cycles. Maybe give it a try

I am cycle day 105 after have 3 28 day cycles in a row. But now nothing. And 6 negative tests. PCOS is a mean bitch!
