Terrible pregnancy dreams

Amanda
In 2014, I had a dream I took a HPT and it was positive; that's how my body told me I was pregnant.  I had dreams that we would have a boy, and we did.  Never any nightmares, never anything unpleasant. We now have a wonderful, healthy 19 month old.
In December 2016, I had a dream I went for an ultrasound and there was a cockroach in my Fallopian tube; that's how my body told me I am pregnant now.   So far, I have had nothing but terrible dreams - severe birth deformities, hemorrhaging, dead kittens by the pile.  Last night I dreamt I gave birth to a stillborn in a gross old living room somewhere, and it had three partial faces and sex organ deformities.
It's freaking me the hell out.
I'm only 9 weeks along and the one ultrasound we did have was normal (although at this stage there's really not much to see).  My progesterone levels have been low throughout and HCG has been normal. I've had little to no symptoms of pregnancy whereas with my last the first trimester was an exhausting, queasy roller coaster.
Anyone else experience such a constant sense of foreboding like this?  It's definitely preventing me from staying excited about this baby and I sometimes I don't even feel pregnant.
