Preeclampsia

What were your first signs and symptoms? My doctor said my BP was elevated today at 140/70 and I haven't really been feeling like myself lately. I'm tired, hungrier, thirstier, and irritable. I am stressing as someone just hit my brand new car and ran off without leaving insurance info behind, I owe the OB 500 for delivery and I'm due in 16 weeks, I also just don't feel ready and I am stressing over my baby shower which is next month. Maybe that is why my BP has been high? I haven't noticed any swelling anywhere. So I am hoping it's not preeclampsia. I'd just like to know your signs and symptoms so I can see what to look out for.
