Cautious mommy!! Am I to paranoid!?!

I've got an AWFUL cold! My dr has given me 3 different meds.. Clearly, it's okay to take them if my baby dr is recommending it but I'm still super nervous about taking it.. 😫😒😒

I never take anything when I'm pregnant. It always worries me. They may say it is fine, but in reality, they don't know for sure. There are plenty of medicines that they gave pregnant moms in the past that they thought were safe then found out it harmed baby. 
I don't even take tylenol while pregnant just because I want what is best for my little one.

Are you breastfeeding? If so your milk is already producing antibodies in your milk to keep baby from getting sick before you even knew you were. If not, no big deal. Just a bit of info I always found comforting. 
But if the doctor is saying it is ok, try one and see if it helps. If it doesn't try another. Don't take all three at once if it makes you uncomfortable.

If you're nervous, look them up online or, even better, ask your pharmacist. They're the best resource for checking medication to make sure it doesn't conflict. that's what I'd do. Three is a lot lol
