spotting at 7 weeks

Hi ladies. I was wondering if anyone could help ease my mind a bit. I am 7w4d and 2 out of the 3 times I've peed and wiped today, I've had very light pink discharge. I've had mild cramps for weeks, but didn't think anything of it since I told my obgyn and she said it was normal. My first ultrasound is next Thursday and I'm really freaking out. Any similar anecdotes or suggestions? Thank you.
