painful hemorrhoids

I'm 34 weeks preg .. & Omg i have some painful hemorrhoids it feels like i have a piece of glass i just want to cry i cant sit .. i dont know what to do i been taking prephartion h and it hasnt helped they became painful tuesday .. can someone please tell me what i can do so it wont hurt as much .. please i would appreciate it!!
