married moms feeling alone?
Anyone else feel like me? I had my baby in July, and of course my life has changed completely, as expected.... my first care is for my daughter... and I don't get much time to myself except for at work... but I pick up the baby after work, go home to my husband who is playing in the garage... (yes, he doesn't pick up the baby after work, even though he gets off at 2:30 and me 5..). I have to ask him to help... and on the weekends he just does what he wants without worrying about who is caring for the baby because he assumes I am doing it... when I ask to go to coffee with a friend... he worries for how long I will be gone... I just feel alone and like a single mom... if I didn't need his income, I could say I didn't even need him.... how do I change this? I want a parent partnership... feeling alone... His life hasn't changed one bit...
