Looking for input on taking castor oil? Some say safe and others say not.. can it damage baby?

IT IS NEVER SAFE. My cousin lost her baby girl when she was 39+2 because baby swallowed meconium and died shortly after delivery. Baby would have been healthy and breathing if she wouldn't have had castor oil. It is NOT worth the risk.

Take a couple capsules of evening primrose oil and eat a buttload of pineapple instead. You'll be in labor in no time.

I second the other comments so far.

& I have to say I'm just so baffled by all these posts by people who are not full-term yet & want to self-induce because they're "over" being pregnant, they're uncomfortable, etc. NEWS FLASH: WE ALL FEEL THAT WAY. I consider it my job as a mom to suck it up & wait until my baby decides to come or until my dr says action needs to be taken for safety/health reasons.
