How to help my cervix soften..

So i need ideas to help my cervix to diolate!! with my 1st i diolated no problem and had my first son via induction at 37 1/2 weeks thanks to complications. then my second i didnt diolate at all not even a fingertip! he was born via induction at 38 1/2 weeks again due to complications. now i found out today my dr wont induce me period until im 3cm diolated!! back story bwtween my first and second i got cervical cancer so i had to have a LEEP to see how bad and thats all it took but i have 1/2 the cervix most woman have because i lost 3 chunks including part of the opening. sometimes it causes people to diolate to early and for others not diolate at all! im so scared to go over due because my husband was over due and he was born via csection and he had his first poo inside also so i DONT want either option! iv had my other kids naturaly and i dont want a c section. i refuse to take castor oil! sex isnt possable because i also have an unstable pelvis so sex hurts as dose walking. iv tried walking and sex already and it never worked with my other kids. im 35weeks almost 36weeks and go to see my dr in 2 weeks. im going to ask to be checked then but i just want my body to do this on its own with out pitosin because thats the only way he induces people. i have my other dr as a back up the one who delivered my other two so im willing to go to her for a cydotec induction but i was really hoping for the new dr n hospital experience. ideas would be great! i never go past 3cm on my own with out medical help... and i really DONT want to go over due at all
