Twins run in my family.
Week 4:16
Week 5:346
Week 6:over 4400.  
What do u think?

HcG levels can vary soo much depending on the woman that I think it's nearly impossible to tell early on. Here's a chart that shows what's normal, and as you can see there are some pretty big gaps!

There's no way to tell by hcg. I know people with twins that have normal hcg and some have high hcg

Phew thats high. Unfortunately you can't tell if it's a multiples pregnancy simple by the hcg levels youll have to wait for the u/s but maube two heartbeats could be picked up in the dopplar

My levels were higher than that &I'm  only having one baby. I don't think HCG is much of an indicator, the "normal" range of HCG is just too wide.
