tongue piercing advice/tips!

Hey guys, so I'm getting my tongue pierced on Friday and I'm shit scared as I have a huge phobia over needles. But, I'm just wondering is there anything I should know about the piercing? I've talked to the person that is doing it a couple of times and she seems like she knows what she is doing, and obviously she'll tell me how to clean and care for the piercing, but is there stuff I should know that they don't tell us? I've definitely over thought every possible situation 😂 but I'm just one of those people that needs to have all information on something before going ahead.
