tmi no pic

I am 17 weeks pregnant and my last ob appt I they saw that I had bv(bacterial vaginosis) I get it quite frequently not really sure why but anyways. I was prescribed metronidazole the vaginal gel that they give you little tools to pretty shoot it up there haha. Anyways my question is has anyone who's used this every had white cottage cheese discharge during the use? As in I put it in at night and then the next morning or afternoon I'll wipe myself and that's what I'll get. I normally don't have much discharge at all so it's kind making me question. I'm not sure if it's just what the gel turns into or what. I know white discharge is natural during pregnancy but I'm just wondering.
