I just don't know anymore

So after my miscarriage in November I have been trying to decide if I am pregnant again or not. I've been confused as to why my period is so late so I counted my cycle and I believe today is suppose to be my real period day...it also happens to be my 13dpo I just had a little blood but it's mostly a pinkish red... I hope this is just implantation bleeding. If not I'll be back at it in February!!
