This feels like a dumb question,  but how can I tell the baby's position? I had a 4D ultrasound at 29 weeks and he was sideways with his head by my left hip. I'm 31w3d now and I mostly feel kicks right in the middle, but lately been feeling tickle-like feelings really low and sometimes feel movement way up high. My doctor will do an ultrasound at 36 weeks to check position, but I feel dumb I don't know where my baby is!
