Smoking....

Ok this is idea based off another post going on right now.

If they passed laws that don't allow to smoke in the car with minors should it also be against the law to smoke in a home with minors? Should it also be extended to cover smoking around pregnant women?

The way I see it is smoking in a home with a minor even if it's your home should be illegal as second and third hand smoke can cause serious health problems to others. Also second hand smoke still lingers in the air for an additional 4-5 minutes after the fact. Also third hand smoke is when the smoke settles into clothing, carpets, and furniture.
