They did a test on it. They had women empty their bladders before masturbating and made sure by doing an ultrasound. In the middle of their "session," they did another ultrasound, and in that one the bladder had fluid in it again. Both. Real squirting still contains some pee but mostly other fluids. There's was a percentage but I can't remember it now. But still a very low amount. (Also I say real squirting because some people do just pee and thinks it's squirting)
