Normal or Labor?

38 weeks today! Been having mild cramps and sharp shooting pains in pelvic region on and off since thursday night (no consistancy). My main concern is FREQUENT, LOOSE stools. Is this a sign of labor coming on or is this normal at this stage of my pregnancy??

Your body is just cleaning itself out to prepare for labor, it's very common in the last week or two. It doesn't mean you're going into labor like today or anything though 🙁

It could be a sign but that doesn't mean it will happen soon. I had this a couple weeks back also, and here I sit at 40+2.
