It prepares your uterus for labour, helps shorten labour and helps pushes be more effective. I started drinking it at 35 weeks. My labour was 5 and a half hours from waters being broke. And I had my son in 2 pushes, also was my first child😊

Yes ma'am,  we had been ttc for over a year and a friend of mine said she just found out she was pregnant after drinking red raspberry tea for a lil over a month.  So, I was will to try anything.  I started drinking it in may and I got my bfp in August.  My conception date is July 1st.  So two months of drinking the red raspberry tea I was pregnant.  Good luck.

It didn't do anything for me but put me to sleep. but late in pregnancy when I wasn't getting any sleep, it was the best thing to happen to me 😂

Its suppose to help strengthen your uterus :) I took it through almost all of my third trimester and here I sit at 40.3 weeks. But then again its not suppose to start labor. But does taste good :)

If you're trying to start labor it doesn't do anything. Red raspberry leaf tea helps strengthen the uterus and will help make contractions more effective but other than that it won't start labor, dilate you, or thin you out.
