Husband wants to send our 3 yr away..

**Thank you for all the advice! I will try to respond to everyone as I can. I am at work from 8am to 9pm so it's hectic to try and respond all at once!

What other steps can I take to get our 3 year old to listen? This isn't super controversial if it is at all but some of you do have good advice. My husband just told me I basically had to choose him or our son. You can guess who I chose. He's 3! He gets into stuff. Like everything. He has also scarred his brothers face from scratching him. Timeout does not work. Spanking him does not work. Taking his toys away does not work. And so on. What can I do? My 3 year old runs the freaking house and just refuses to listen. I will not send my child away or to obedient school like some little puppy. I should add, he is showing signs of adhd but my husband is against taking him to the doctor and getting him on meds.

If you don't have advice, don't bother wasting my time. I need actual advice and help because I love that little devil child to bits.
