Sinus rinsing? Ever tried it?

Pregnancy has killed my sinuses, and I had forgotten about sinus rinsing till a couple days ago. Curious how many people have tried it? It helps so much and is so satisfying to see all the junk come out that you can't blow out. Do you use the squirt bottle or neti pot?

I used a neti pot when I was 6 months pregnant and had a cold-- was better 24 hours later!!! I used it for times that day. Highly recommend.

I literally couldnt breathe out of my nose so I tried the Neil Med Sinus Rinse. Within 24 hours I was completely fine and it provided temporary relief after doing it. It looks scary and gross to do, but it's nothing. Seriously so worth it!

I use bottle have for 5 yrs now. I have chronic sinusitis and had surgery which helped for 8-10 months n then it became worse then before.
