This is hard for me to do... Please no judgement
On january 7th I decided I wanted a life change. I wanted to eat well, and work out daily. I created a work out plan that included abs and legs. This plan went for 30 days and it's currently day 22. I'm not gonna lie and say this was one of the biggest struggles of my life. Week 2 I began doing cardio or arm workouts at the gym every morning. It was also week 2 when my diet went downhill. Last week, I ate anything and everything. This week I'm trying to begin eating healthy again. However, Im looking at my progress photos and the small difference I see makes me so much more motivated. The difference isn't huge. This isn't a "I dropped 10 pounds in a month post". But i'm working for a healthier and happier me and I'm so proud.
