antidepressants and orgasms

Do any of you take antidepressants and have issues with having an orgasm?  Ive never had this issue in the past (been married 10 years and never had any issues in the bedroom). But now suddenly since I started my medication I find it harder and harder to have an orgasm. If I skip my meds for a day or two(which i shouldnt do because Im bipolar), i go back to having orgasms really easily. Im scared to change my medication because ive had 0 side effects or weight gain from this one. Ideas anyone? Opinions?
