polycystic ovarian syndrome - do you think I have it?

Hi sorry that this is like TMI but I've always wondered if I've had PCOS. I have hair around my nipple, on my chest, lower back, and stomach. My voice isn't that low (speaking) but I can sing all the way to a low D/E. My sister also has pointed out to me that my boobs are cone-shaped and I've had boobs since 3rd grade (I'm now 17). I have acne all over my forehead and now I'm starting to get it on my chin and around my nose. I have really irregular periods. However, i am a runner; my nationality includes Astro-Hungarian and Italian roots; i have a lot of stress in my life; I pick my face so I'm sure that doesn't help (if you tell me to stop I can't I have a compulsive need to pick); i don't sleep; and I have really thick, dark hair. The good thing is that I have started the pill; I've only been on it for a week though. My gyob mentions something about testosterone to me a lot. What do you think? Sorry for tmi!
