I got mine done and they are inverted, so I'd say you're good it will just be a smaller bar. They size up with a bar based on the shape before you get pierced because there is no "one size fits all" when we all have different lady bits lol

A certified piercing artist would better be able to answer your question, but i'd say yes. You may just end up with a smaller hoop/barbell than someone with a larger nipple.
