Mirena & side effects

What were some side effect you ladies had with the Mirena? I've had it 3 weeks. First week I didn't spot at all and I seem to spot about a medium amount every other day now. TMI I've noticed after intercourse that I'll cramp and bleed some but goes away soon after. I don't have another drs app scheduled until the 1st of March. Is this normal?
