In desperate need of opinions 💬

First off let me start by saying my cycles are very irregular. I'm 21 years old. I've been ttc with my boyfriend for going on 3 years. My LMP was April 28th and lasted 10 days. Smh. When I see doctors they always say everything looks fine. I should consider losing weight but I'm healthy as a horse. Anyways I started taking progesterone 400mg for 12 days to start my menstrual cycle. It never happened. I soon heard from a lesbian friend that she was using vitex. I started vitex in October. I went to see my doctor on the 19th and he said if he usually sees a white line it means not pregnant. He took blood and said to come back Feb 2nd for blood test results and it may be too soon. I got positive ovulation tests from the 8th of January until the 14th of January. Of course me and hubby did our part. I then had spotting on the 25th (brownish spot in liner then faint red pink when I wipe). The spotting totally disappeared. Around 2 am this morning I had a small dime sized clot with no cramping and medium looking flow to be coming on. After that little bleeding nothing. It was gone soon after it happened. What could possibly be going on? Help please.
